Hi there! I'm Jill

As a fellow Endometriosis warrior, I know first hand what living with debilitating periods feels like.

My pain alarm system was on overdrive. These practices are designed to help shift yours out of survival mode too.

I shifted my career to Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and used pain science techniques to retrain my pain - no more meds, no additional surgery.
